ABOUT

Track record of success.

Providing top-flight social services with compassion since 1976.

HAO was founded by Lupe Pearce to serve the Latino community of the Lehigh Valley. Started in a one-room office on Chew Street with $50 in seed money, HAO has always used its core principles to guide its work--promoting self-reliance and stressing actions that make positive impacts in our society.

SERVICES

We reach the community.

Our programs are offered to HAO clients to improve their lives.

We offer a variety of services that reflect the changing needs of the growing Latino community. As a fully bilingual agency, we offer all counseling and training in English and Spanish, in a culturally-sensitive environment. We believe that stable housing and employment are the keys to success for our clients.
